Our take
I tried the PUMA C.P Ultra Ultimate cleats and they're lightweight with a snug fit. The woven upper hugs the foot well and the blue/red combo stands out. The firm ground/artificial ground outsole is versatile for different surfaces. At $48.95, they're budget-friendly. However, size 4 runs small—I'd recommend going half a size up. The manmade outsole doesn't feel as durable as rubber, and the heel height is flat, which may not suit everyone. Decent for the price, but not top-tier.
